ALL prices for characters are in USD. Payment is processed via Lavatop (learn about it here). They often offer various payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and others! The payment itself can be made in any currency – I list the price in USD, and the site can automatically convert it to your preferred currency! If you have issues with the site, I'll try to help! Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given, for any reason!

AB (Auto-Bid) becomes available after a certain amount is reached.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the auction ends. If no payment or payment plan confirmation is made within this time, the adopt will be automatically considered "canceled", and I will move to the second-highest bidder or the next in line. If the second buyer declines (or doesn't respond), I will reopen the auction.

There are three payment options:

Full payment – one complete payment.

Hold – arranged with a down payment (up to 5 months for larger amounts).

Payment plan – you can pay a fixed amount each month and gradually buy the design.

Until the initial payment is made, there is no guarantee that the character will be reserved for you!

DO NOT BID MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD. Make sure you can pay within the set timeframe. Violating this rule 3 times will get you blacklisted.

Once a certain amount is reached, bonus items may be added – these will be specified in the auction itself!

Redesign, resale, trade, and gifting are all allowed, but the price cannot exceed the original purchase price unless additional art or extras have been bought. The price should reflect what you actually spent on the character.

If you're already purchasing an adopt on a payment plan, you may also buy other items – either pay for them (the 1st and 2nd adopts) in one full payment, or add the second adopt's price to your existing payment plan.

Example: You were paying $50/week for Adopt #1. The price of Adopt #2 is divided across the remaining months (days/weeks) of your plan and added to your weekly amount – so you'd pay $100/week total until both are paid off.

After payment via Lavatop, you can download all images directly from the site – I will also send a Google Drive link so you can download the files. I can also transfer the character via Toyhouse if you prefer.

I usually delete files from Google Drive 1 month after sending the link to free up storage – please make sure you download everything you need within that time.

The adopted character design may be used as a new/alternate outfit, or you can borrow certain design elements for an existing original character. The design may also be used for streaming (VTuber) purposes, but this requires an additional "commercial use" fee.

As the artist, I have the right to post the work on any of my platforms and to promote it with "little bunny" watermarks. Clients may not claim they created the art or design themselves; use it for AI training; use it for NFTs or similar purposes; or use it commercially without paying the commercial fee, etc. If you violate my terms of use, you will be blacklisted. 2 warnings – and the 3rd is the "funeral list" (permanent blacklist).**
